Well, feast or famine, right?!!! Just have a lot of projects to post for this weekend. Anyways, as you know, the Flying Unicorn is one of the main sponsors over at CSI this month, and the Creative Team is playing along! Hopefully, I got this one sent in time, to make their post!!! If not.....oh well.
This one was a challenge for me. I had an idea of what I wanted.....tried it, and it looked awful! I just couldn't make the colors work together the way I wanted them to. So I started over, and decided to keep the colors contained.
I used older products again....yes I am still working through my stash......not that I think I'll ever get through it, but, hey, I'm trying!! Papers are from Authentique, and a few scraps. I ran Adirondack Dimensional Pearls in Lettuce, and Shimmerz Dazzlerz in Lemon Drop through a Prima map stencil. A bit of punching on the right edge, with Martha Stewart's Arabesque Scrolls punch.....probably my fave ever!!! And some stamping with a Tattered Angels Architectural Trims Stamp and Ranger Archival Ink in Coffee on the left side.
The flowers are from Recollections, Petaloo and Prima. The wood clock icons and the metal elbows around the pic, are also Prima, and the rest are bits and pieces of leftovers from my stash. I chose to use the word 'Dare' as my title, and it is a rubon from Crate Paper's Alpha Mishmash.
Well that's it for today!!
Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Scrapping!!
